Every week the Westport Journal publishes the town’s property transfers, drawn from the land records at Town Hall. We went through the 2026 reports and pulled out the largest residential sales.
One caution comes first. We reviewed about 14 of the year’s roughly 39 weekly reports, so this is a list of the largest sales we found, not a definitive ranking. Some sales close in the names of trusts or limited liability companies, and the price recorded is the price on the deed.

June was the busy month
The week of June 15 alone produced three sales on this list, 2 Judy Point Lane, 14 Bermuda Road and 107 Harbor Road, and 12 sales in all totaling $43.3 million. Two weeks later the week of June 29 brought 17 sales totaling $51.8 million, led by the Sandpiper Road closing. The week of March 30, anchored by 92 Beachside Avenue, had 12 sales totaling $39.0 million.
For contrast, the week of Sept. 7 recorded two sales totaling $5.0 million. The same week in 2025 had 12 sales and $37.5 million.
The top of 2025, for reference
Last year’s ledger was led by the $54 million Beachside Avenue assemblage in November. Two other sales stood out.
- 5 Fraser Road, in the Coleytown area, sold for $10.25 million in July 2025. Skyview Builders completed the house that year. It has 12,440 square feet on two acres, with six bedrooms and 10 baths. Barbara Bross, Alexander Chingas and Doug Bross of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury represented the sellers, and Susan Arciero of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
- 11 Manitou Court sold for $9,154,040 on March 3, 2025.
Smaller purchases make news too. In August 2025 Bret Greenstein and Min Zhao paid $3,879,000 for a half-acre at 19 Center Street. A year later the Board of Selectmen unanimously refused to let a stone wall at the property remain in the town’s right of way.
How we built this list
We used the Westport Journal’s weekly “Westport real estate sales” reports, which list the address, price, seller and buyer for each transfer. Where a report named the parties, we include them. We excluded commercial transfers, which appear in our commercial ledger. If you know of a 2026 residential sale above $5.5 million that belongs here, send it to us.
